2018 is a time for 10 year reunions for movies, trends, and music that were popular in 2008 to be recognized in 2018.

Disney’s Camp Rock release date was June 10, 2008, which was about a girl that went to a gifted music camp where she meets a boy.

Katy Perry came out with the song I Kissed a Girl. This song belongs to the Album One of the Boys under the pop genre. I Kissed a Girl was nominated for Teen Choice Awards for Choice Summer.
